Find the best yoga studio...OUTSIDE

Taking in yoga in nature has transformed my life. Every day I aim to find the time to meditate outside. Scientific evidence points to time spent outdoors as a catalyst that decreases the levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, in the body. I can attest to this as I have found solace in nature since I was a child running free through the fields fo my grandparents farm. Nature is the home-base of freedom. No one makes the deer pay rent to roam or tax the trees for growing tall. This is just one of many reasons I choose to practice daily meditation in the forest.
